Wanda Kenney Webb passed away peacefully in her sleep at her home in Delta, Utah on April 12, 2022, at the age of 80 years old. She was born on August 12,1941 in Fillmore, Utah to George Wells Kenney and Ramona Jackson Kenney.

She graduated from Millard High School; and soon after married her high school sweetheart Ronald Herbert Webb aka “Tobe” on September 17, 1959 in the Manti LDS Temple.

Wanda enjoyed playing softball, doing ceramics, and coaching little league in her younger years.  She also taught Hunters Safety classes. She was an avid bowler and bowled on several leagues in Delta with her many friends. She loved planting flowers in the spring, she always made her yard look nice. She loved watching Jazz basketball and rarely missed a game on television.

Wanda is the mother of two children: Ronda Kay Williams (Allen) and Howard Kenney Webb (Christina), both of Delta, Utah. She is also survived by her sisters: Georgia Rasmussen of Springville, and Glenda Lee of Sandy, Utah; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband: Ronald “Tobe” Webb; sisters: Ila Jensen, Ione Kenney; and her parents.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
