Ashley Noel Allen Evans passed away after a five-year battle with Cardiomyopathy on Monday, August 2, 2021 in Durham, California at the young age of 37. Ashley was born on December 20, 1983 in Delta, Utah to Warren Edward Allen and Sheila Junean Losee Allen (Bronson-Cross-Howell). She grew up in Delta where she enjoyed clogging, soccer, and playing with her friends and siblings. During high school she excelled in Theatre and wanted to become an actress. In 2002 she moved to Ogden and graduated from Two Rivers High School. Years later she attended Marinello School of Beauty where she learned to become a make-up artist.

She married Chad Barlow on May 9, 2003 in Pahrump, Nevada. They brought a beautiful daughter, Haylee (17), into this world. They divorced in 2007. Ashley married Shaun Rick Evans on August 16, 2008 in Plain City, Utah. They created two more beautiful daughters, Hanna (14) and Allie (5). Being their Mother brought Ashley the most pride and joy. She deeply loves each one of her children. She knew “Those who rock the cradle, rule the world” and was grateful beyond words to the families who continue to raise and nurture her children.

In recent years, Ashley moved to Sterling, Alaska to live with her Father and Stepmother. There she worked hard on her goals and found peace among the forests and rivers. She beamed with delight when she talked about the opportunities, work, and healthy environment that was cultivated for her there.

Ashley had a wildly fun and creative spirit that made her life interesting. She was a talented artist who created stunning oil paintings and charcoal sketches of people and animals. Her charming sense of humor kept people laughing. We love you, Ashley, and miss your sparkling personality and loving nature. You are forever in our hearts and memories.

Ashley is survived by her Children: Haylee Barlow of Evanston, Wyoming; Hanna and Allie Peatross of Provo; Husband: Shaun Rick Evans of Roy; Siblings: Christopher Allen of Delta; Amanda Allen (Niece Izabella) of Cottonwood Heights; Camille (Chad) McLean of Marietta, Georgia; Jackson Allen of Sandy;  Emily Allen of Sandy; Shantel (Rick) Manis of Delta; Brandon Bronson of Salt Lake City; Sharee Mitchell of Spanish Fork; Mother: Sheila Losee Cross (Tony) Howell of Delta; Father: Warren (Carla) Allen of Sterling, Alaska; Stepfather: Sheldon (Tonya) Bronson of Nephi; and Grandmother: Barbara Allen of Washington Terrace. Ashley was preceded in death by her Stepfather: George Cross; Grandparents: Eugene and June Losee; and Grandfather: Edwin Neal Allen.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 21, at 11:00 am, at the Delta Stake Center Chapel, 125 South White Sage Avenue. Viewings will be held Friday, 6:00-8:00 pm, at the Nickle Mortuary; and Saturday, 9:30-10:40 am, prior to the service.
